Data we process

DazKit processes Shopify shop data needed to synchronize products, inventory, orders, and fulfillment status between Shopify and the merchant's DazKit account. This can include product titles, variants, SKUs, inventory quantities, order IDs, order totals, line items, fulfillment status, and, after Shopify grants protected customer data access, customer name, email, phone number, and shipping or billing address.

How we use data

We use this data only to provide app functionality: account binding, product and order synchronization, inventory updates, fulfillment writeback, troubleshooting, security, and merchant support. We do not sell customer data and do not use it for advertising or unrelated profiling.

Sharing and storage

Shopify data is stored in DazKit systems and is accessible only to authorized DazKit personnel and service providers required to operate the app. Data is encrypted in transit, sensitive app credentials are stored server-side, and browser localStorage is not used for DazKit account tokens.

Retention and deletion

Store data is retained while the merchant uses the app. Merchants can request deletion from the app settings page. DazKit also handles Shopify privacy webhooks for customer data requests, customer redaction, shop redaction, and app uninstallation.
